Job Summary/Objective
The People Operations Generalist will provide support to the People Operations team in delivering efficient and effective HR daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in areas such as onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data management, and other HR administrative tasks. They will work closely with the People Operations team to ensure a high level of employee satisfaction, compliance with company policies and procedures, and a positive work culture.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Serve as the primary contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.

Assist in managing the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and departing employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted on time

Assist in administering benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave programs

Manage employee data in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all information

Process biweekly payroll for 300+ employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution.

Provide support in maintaining HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Support employee relations and engagement initiatives, including planning and coordinating company-wide events, recognition programs, and other activities

Assist in conducting HR audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance HR operations

Provide general administrative support to the People Operations team as needed

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
