Trust Payments has an exciting opportunity for a People Operations Executive - 1 Year FTC to join their team.

Location: Hybrid - London/ Bromley
Salary: Competitive + Benefits
**We are seeking an immediate start, with a contract period from January 2025 to December 2025 **


How will you make an impact in this role?
The Role:

To provide comprehensive People Administration and assistance to the HR and Ops team across all aspects of HR. Working closely with the People Team to ensure a high quality of HR Service is delivered to the business. This role will be adding resource into the key areas that take up time for the people team.

What We Expect of You, Day To Day:

  • Ability to pick up with members of the team in respect of the life cycle of all employees. This could include the following but is not exclusive to:
    • Onboarding new employees - administer starter processes including all documentation.
    • Assist with the induction process when new employees join.
    • Able to support with Performance management matters.
    • HR policies and compliance
    • Ensuring IT equipment and phones have been allocated
    • General leaver processes including exit interview, confirmation letter, account revocation forms and collecting of IT Equipment
    • Collecting leaver documentation to include P45 and Final payslips and send across to the leaver.
    • Completing reference requests for ex-employees and returning them to the sender.
  • Work closely with the relevant HR member with regards to new projects and initiatives such as a new payroll implementation.
  • Work alongside the People Director with regards to the Trust Payments Real Estate and any new office relocation or refurbishments.
  • Data analysis and reporting.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills including ability to manage time and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong IT skills, skilled in using Microsoft Word and Excel packages.
  • Able to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Exposure to HR and HR operations experience is a requirement
  • Being proactive: Taking initiative to identify and solve problems without waiting to be asked.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to step outside your defined role when necessary to support the team and achieve objectives.
  • Hands-on approach: Not shying away from practical, sometimes challenging tasks that need to be done.
  • Can-do attitude: Approaching tasks with positivity and determination, even when faced with obstacles.
  • Problem solving: Being ready to tackle issues head-on, using creative thinking and practical skills to find solutions.
  • Commitment to results: Focusing on getting the job done efficiently and effectively, even I it means putting in extra effort and time.
  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 desirable but not essential.
