In this role, you’ll spearhead onboarding and offboarding processes, streamline Human Resources operations, and ignite impactful employee engagement initiatives. Your dedication will ensure that every new hire feels welcomed, departures are handled smoothly, and our employee records are impeccably maintained. By cultivating a positive work environment and providing essential support on policies and procedures, you’ll help build a strong foundation that drives our organization’s growth and success. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with our Global PeopleOps team members in both India and Ukraine. 

While our team is fully remote, we’re seeking candidates who reside in the Pacific or Mountain time zone. 

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome and Farewell with Excellence: Plan and facilitate onboarding procedures for new team members, conduct insightful exit interviews, and lead constructive feedback sessions.
  • Enhance HR Operations: Collaborate with a global team to continuously improve HR processes, ensuring a positive and efficient employee experience.
  • Create Valuable Resources: Develop comprehensive documentation and resources that support our HR policies, processes, and programs.
  • Maintain Precision: Keep our HR information systems (like bob, Lattice, etc.) up-to-date with accurate and meticulous records.
  • Ensure Compliance: Guarantee our organization adheres to all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Drive People Operations Projects: Support initiatives such as DEI programs and employee engagement efforts, working closely with stakeholders to meet project goals and deliver outstanding results.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1-3 years in HR, with a solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and connect with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Detail-Focused and Organized: A creative mindset paired with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with HR systems; familiarity with Hibob and Lattice is a plus. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Key Competencies: Adaptability, Attention to Detail, Collaboration, Communication, Problem Solving, Performance Drive, Customer Service, Decision Making, Interpersonal Skills, Manages and Organizes Information, Stakeholder Management.
  • Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
