We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Operations team in Manila and currently looking for a People Operations Administrator to join the team. 

The People Operations Administrator plays a central role in supporting the efficient delivery of People & Culture (P&C) operations across a global business. Working within a small, collaborative direct team and as part of a broader multi-disciplinary team, this position provides high-quality support for P&C service desk queries while also contributing to broader P&C initiatives, system improvements, reporting and process reviews. 

The People Operations Administrator works across a variety of tasks, applying initiative, problem-solving skills and pride in getting the details right.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage and action incoming queries from the People & Culture service desk, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
• Maintain accurate documentation in relation to HR processes and administrative tasks to support consistency and knowledge sharing, including updating all SOPs in a timely and efficient manner
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and / or automate processes, with the support of the People Operations Lead
• Work within the broader team to address areas of high administrative burden 
• Work independently to manage priorities, follow through on tasks, and deliver quality outcomes with minimal supervision
• Ensure the highest standards of data integrity across all HR systems
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of reports, as directed by the People Operations Lead
• Support the People Operations Lead in implementing and maintaining a data auditing schedule
• In line with direction from the People Operations Lead, ensure that HR system access levels are appropriately and compliantly managed

What you will bring to the role:

• Tertiary qualification in human resource or a related field preferred but not essential 
• At least three years previous experience in a diverse and fast-paced HR administration role 
• Experience working in a global environment with a geographically dispersed team is preferred 
• Familiarity with HR systems and tools such as BambooHR, Jira and Confluence 
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency 
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and laterally and to self-solve
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously and handle multiple priorities effectively

We primarily operate in a remote work environment; however, we appreciate a flexible approach with regards to travel to Metro Manila if required on occasion. Any changes to our remote work arrangement will be communicated with ample notice.
