What you’ll do
- Be a People Partner to multiple agencies within the Landor Group, providing expert HR guidance and support on a range of people-related matters, building strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Support the development and execution of People strategy and initiatives across all aspects of the People function (DEI, Talent Management, ER, Reward, Culture & Wellbeing, L&D, Recruitment & Retention) to ensure Landor maintains its reputation as an employer of choice and delivers a seamless ‘people first’ service to its employees.
- Independently manage Employee Relations cases as they arise for performance management, grievances, disciplinaries and redundancies.
- Plan and lead on local DEI initiatives and events across the year, partnering with our internal ERG’s to ensure we are fostering a culture of belonging and inclusion.
- Manage open hires and budgets, partnering with our internal talent acquisition team and hiring managers to ensure we bring the best talent into our studio.
- Drive our performance review process ‘Continuous Conversations’, coaching managers on using our Performance management system and creating development plans for their teams
What you’ll need
- An agile and adaptable mindset, and excited by working in a fast-changing working environment.
- Relevant experience in rolling out culture and DEI initiatives, always looking to bring new ideas to the table for how we can do things better or differently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as organisation and attention to detail.
- Proven experience managing a diverse ER caseload, including performance management, grievances, disciplinaries and redundancies.
- Experience leading and developing a small team, coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Ability to manage difficult conversations and implement best practice approaches in line with Landor policy
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
