🚀 About the TeamJoin Wakam’s People & Communication Office—a tight-knit team of HRBPs, People Ops, L&D, Employee Relations, and Talent experts. We blend strategic partnership with hands-on delivery, use AI-powered processes, and obsess over a seamless employee experience from offer to offboarding. You’ll report to the Head of People Experience & Operations and work closely with HRBPs, Legal, Finance, and our external payroll provider.
🎯 Your MissionOwn the end-to-end personnel administration & payroll lifecycle while elevating the employee experience.
You will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR requests from employees.
- Run the administrative journey: offer validation, contract & amendments, probation tracking, fixed-term management, transfers/promotions, medicals.
- Own the payroll calendar: collect variables, control payslips, coordinate with the provider, ensure compliant end-of-contract docs.
- Safeguard social protection (health & life insurance) from enrolment to termination.
- Manage apprentices & interns (agreements, school/OPCO liaison).
- Administer absences & time in the HRIS and ensure data reliability.
- Produce regulatory & internal reports (BDESE, pay equity index, DARES, audits).
- Act as the bridge with Finance (transfers, contributions) and drive process improvements across tools and workflows.
- Lead onboarding operations (planning, group sessions) and continually enhance our employee experience.

🧠 What You Bring- 10+ years’ experience in personnel administration within agile, fast-paced environments.
- Strong command of payroll compliance and french labour law best practices.
- Solid HRIS skills (experience with Lucca is a plus).
- Fluent French and English.
- Natural ability to capture information and proactively anticipate impacts on personnel administrative management.
- Service-oriented and detail-obsessed, with impeccable follow-through.
- Structured and rigorous, yet adaptable and pragmatic.
- A clear communicator who builds trust with employees, managers, and partners.
- Process-minded, continuous improver, comfortable challenging the status quo.
- Curious about AI/automation and eager to upskill.
- Based in Paris (2e) with a hybrid rhythm (2–3 remote days/week).
