The People Experience Intern will support our People Experience team with various tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and event planning. You will assist with projects, conduct research, and provide administrative support. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in enhancing the employee experience. This role will report into the Senior Manager, Global People Experience. This internship is based in our New York City Headquarters. The program dates are June 4th to August 20th (12 weeks). The pay range for this position is $16.50/hour.

The People Experience (HR) Intern will work on the following:
- Recruitment Assistance: Help create job postings, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires• Event Support: Aid the HR team in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
- Analytical Support: Provide data-driven insights, reporting, and analytical support to the People Experience team
- Administrative Help: Provide general administrative support to the People Experience teams’ projects and initiatives

Sol de Janeiro’s Internship Program requirements:
- You are a student at an accredited University or College
- You are local to the NYC area for a 12-week internship program
- You have interest in the business areas listed above with some relevant coursework, student clubs, and/or internship experience
- Excellent organizational, writing and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

Salary Range
$16.50—$16.50 USD
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
