Job Description

Your Influential Mission: You Will…

  • Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support Compensation & Benefits processes, retention initiatives, and equity-related reporting.
  • Collaborate with local P&C teams and global stakeholders to collect, validate, and manage HR data.
  • Manage HRIS/HRAT tasks including data uploads, audits, and issue resolution via Jira.
  • Contribute to key HR projects such as succession planning, pay gap analysis, and long service awards.
  • Assist with onboarding, training assignments, and system access for new HRIS users.
  • Ensure compliance with internal data sensitivity and privacy standards.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks like creating organizational charts and diagrams.

Qualifications

Components for Success: You…

  • Bring 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, people analytics, or a similar role.
  • Have strong Excel and data handling skills; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Have experience working in a fast-paced, international environment.

  • A solid understanding of HR metrics and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects and solve problems independently.
  • Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
