Qualifications

You have:

  • Proficiency in HR Technologies: Experience with tools like SAP, Oracle Fusion, or similar.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in managing HR processes and data.
  • Fluency in English: Essential for effective communication.
  • Team Coordination: Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Quality Control: Understanding and maintaining transaction quality.
  • Analytical Skills: Managing bulk data exchanges and analysis smoothly.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of MS Office functionalities.
  • Experience: Typically 6 months to a year of directly related experience with a graduate equivalent degree.

Skills Required

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related field
  • Experience with HR technologies such as SAP or Oracle Fusion
  • 6 months to 1 year of directly related experience (graduate equivalent)
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English
