What you’ll be doing
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies accordingly
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Measure and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Organize events, programs etc. to boost employee motivation and retention
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our processes
- Develop and implement projects and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement
Desired skills and experiences
- 1+ year of robust recruitment experience is preferred
- Driven and ambitious problem solver with high learning agility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to tackle demanding assignments and embrace new challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Passion for Match Villains and mobile puzzle games in general

This is an on-site role in Istanbul, Sarıyer. We do not offer a fully-remote working option.
