A global market leader in core insurance platforms, ISB delivers solutions across policy administration, claims, billing, analytics, and digital engagement supporting Life & Annuity, Property & Casualty, and Specialty insurance markets. You’ll directly shape how the world's leading insurers operate by helping to transform the policy, underwriting, and claims systems that millions of people rely on every day.

The People & Culture Leader for ISB translates ISB’s business strategy into a measurable people strategy driving organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, workforce planning and culture across a global, matrixed business unit. Combining strategic and operational dimensions, the leader acts as a true business partner to the ISB organization and a trusted advisor to its leaders

The role sits within DXC’s People & Culture organization reporting to the Chief People Officer and is dedicated to the ISB business unit. Location: based in Charleston, South Carolina, with a hybrid work environment. We are open to candidates across the tri-county area — Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties.

•     Act as trusted advisor to the President of ISB and senior leaders on organizational design, workforce strategy, succession, leadership effectiveness and change.

•     Drive strategic workforce planning for a global, delivery-intensive business  anticipating capability needs across software engineering, insurance domain and BPS operations, including the offshore/borderless workforce.

Operational

•     Lead the day-to-day P&C agenda for ISB talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, compensation and incentive cycles, employee relations and retention ensuring consistent, compliant and high-quality execution globally.

•     Deliver talent development, leadership coaching and succession programmes that strengthen the ISB leadership bench and critical insurance/technology capabilities.

•     Own employee engagement and culture for ISB run listening mechanisms (e.g. eNPS/engagement surveys) and translate insight into measurable action plans.

•     Lead organizational change, restructuring, and integration/M&A people activity (due diligence, transition and onboarding) with minimal disruption to delivery and client SLAs.

•     Use people analytics to inform decisions, track the health of the organization, and demonstrate quantifiable P&C impact to business leaders.

Collaborative

•     Manage the relationship with the President of ISB and key leaders as a strategic partner, bringing people considerations into business and investment decisions.

•     Work closely with all functions within the P&C organization Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, People Analytics and HR Operations to drive the overall P&C strategy for ISB and mobilize Centres of Excellence behind ISB priorities.

DXC Technology Compensation & Benefits Highlights

The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about DXC Technology and has not been reviewed or approved by DXC Technology.

  • Healthcare Strength — Health coverage includes multiple national carrier options and plan types, with HSA eligibility where applicable. Feedback suggests the medical, dental, and vision lineup is broad and comparable to large-firm offerings.
  • Retirement Support — A 401(k) program with employer matching and an annual true-up is available, with standard vesting provisions. This structure can help employees capture matching contributions over the year if contribution rates vary.
