Internship Program – The 90 day journey

 

The "90 day journey" is our 3month paid Internship Program, designed to support the younger generation as they take their first steps into the business world or switch their career into the Tech industry. 

During the program, interns will develop both soft and hard skills, applying their academic knowledge to real-world business scenarios. Through tailored mentorship and continuous learning opportunities, they will embark on a transformative journey that equips interns for future career success.

About the job:

The People & Culture Intern will support the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and daily HR operations.

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
  • Help maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
  • Assist in HR administrative tasks.
  • Support training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR events.
  • Help prepare HR reports and track basic HR metrics.

Requirements:

  • Students or graduates from Greek or foreign universities.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Eager to learn and work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
