Provides administration support to the People & Culture Department.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with the recruitment and interview process.
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by Director of People & Culture.
- Files paper and documents into appropriate employee files.
- Assists or prepares correspondence.
- Coordinate intern program.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook preferred. The successful candidate must have the ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality. The candidate must be eligible to work in the United States.
