We help our customers across the entire Enterprise Technology Stack with differentiated industry solutions. We modernize IT, optimize data architectures, and make everything secure, scalable and orchestrated across public, private and hybrid clouds.

This role is ideal for candidates who take ownership, are solution-oriented, and enjoy driving improvements in HR processes and operations. If you are curious, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and motivated to deliver high-quality results while continuously enhancing how things are done, this is a great opportunity to grow your impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives within defined areas.

  • Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and stakeholders on strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key partners.

  • Coordinate HR operations and support the optimization of workflows and service delivery.

  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and consistent application of HR policies and practices.

  • Act as a partner to the business by supporting recruitment, onboarding, and learning & development activities.

  • Approximately 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably from a dynamic international and/or matrix organisation.

  • Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices, including Danish labor law, CBA and employment practices.

  • Experience working with HR data, reporting, and basic analytics.

  • Proactive, structured, and with a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an independent manner.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in Danish and English

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting or driving HR projects or initiatives.

  • Exposure to HR systems and data tools.

  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., HRBP, SHRM-CP).

  • Knowledge of additional Nordic languages.

At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success. Our work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing, productivity, individual work styles, and life circumstances. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company. These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or to make payments as part of their illegitimate recruiting process. DXC does not make offers of employment via social media networks and DXC never asks for any money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process, nor ask a job seeker to purchase IT or other equipment on our behalf. More information on employment scams is available here.
