  • Coordinating leaves of absence: Track leave dates, prepare documents, and update records in UKG. Work with managers, payroll, and benefits providers to support smooth leave starts and returns.

  • Preparing and maintaining employee documentation: Prepare employment letters using approved templates, maintain organized and confidential personnel files, and follow up on missing documentation. Track work permit expiry dates and other required records, escalating items requiring review or action.

  • Supporting data quality and reporting: Assist with routine data checks, benefits reconciliations, and P&C reporting. Identify missing or inconsistent information and work with the Sr. HRIS Analyst and P&C team to address discrepancies.

  • Improving processes with AI and automation: Help identify repetitive tasks that can be simplified or automated, maintain clear process documentation, and support improvements alongside the Sr. HRIS Analyst and P&C team. Use approved AI tools responsibly, protect confidential information, and review outputs for accuracy before use.

  • Coordinating approved recruitment: Support the P&C interview team by maintaining candidate records in JazzHR, tracking application statuses, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications to provide an organized and responsive candidate experience.
