Job Description
What We Need:
We are looking for a People Coordinator (Total Rewards) who will be responsible for managing contractor data within Workday, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards (such as SOC2 and HITRUST). On this role you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate contractor records, supporting compliance training enrollment, and standardizing contractor onboarding and offboarding processes across PG Forsta. You will support data security, regulatory compliance, and the seamless transition to Workday, addressing operational and legal risks. As a People Coordinator (Total Rewards) you will take care of:
- Contractor Data Management:
- Enter and maintain accurate contractor data in Workday to establish a centralized and reliable database.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure contractor records are complete, up-to-date, and compliant with the regulatory requirements.
- Transition contractor data from ADP to Workday, ensuring a smooth and timely migration.
- Compliance Training Support:
- Assign and monitor contractor compliance training requirements, including HIPAA and other mandatory programs, via our global learning platform.
- Ensure contractors complete assigned training programs on time to meet regulatory and client contract obligations.
- Collaborate with managers and Learning & Development team to address any compliance training gaps.
- Process Standardization:
- Develop and implement consistent workflows for onboarding and offboarding contractors across PG Forsta and Press Ganey.
- Partner with IT and Operations teams to ensure the timely deactivation of system access and return of company-issued equipment.
- Document and communicate contractor management processes to stakeholders to drive consistency across divisions.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with managers to track contractor lifecycle activities, providing guidance on data entry and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and IT teams to resolve issues related to contractor management and data accuracy.
- Prepare reports and updates on contractor compliance and data tracking for management review.
- Office/HR Support:

Will support the Bulgaria office with minor tasks as a back up to the People Team Director.
Qualifications
What's in Your Tool Kit:
- Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of HR systems, with experience in Workday preferred.
- Familiarity with compliance training platforms, such as Docebo, is a plus.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (SOC2, HITRUST) is highly desirable.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage large datasets and perform regular audits with accuracy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to improving processes.
- Years of Experience:

Minimum: 2 years of experience in HR operations, contractor management, or compliance-related roles.
- Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred: Additional coursework or certifications in HR systems or compliance management.
