Linklaters is a global law firm, providing legal services in 20 countries and through 30 offices.
Linklaters is a people business. Being best in class in the eyes of our clients means that our people must be exceptional.
We look not only for brilliant minds, but for people who will thrive in our environment: people who love working collaboratively and demonstrate the innovative, efficient, agile, entrepreneurial, and responsible mind-set we aim to bring to every interaction.
Ours is an environment of outperformance. We achieve this not with targets and incentives, but by fostering a positive, supportive, fair, and open atmosphere.
We respect and value difference but insist on inclusivity. We celebrate all aspects of diversity and challenge any form of bias. This is vital to our ability to work as one team, with a common goal.
About the role:

- Manage and develop two direct reports, supporting their professional growth and motivation.
- Collaborate with the People function on employer brand and value proposition communications.
- Monitor feedback and campaign impact, adapting strategies and content in response to evolving needs.
- Champion continuous improvement in communications by adopting new technologies, analytics, and industry best practice.
- Support and deputise for the Head of People Communications as required.
We are ideally looking for:
- Significant experience in internal communications or employee engagement, ideally within a large or professional services organisation.
- Proven track record in designing and evaluating campaigns that drive culture and business change.
- Experience providing advisory support to senior leaders on complex or high-impact communications.
- Excellent editorial skills and ability to produce compelling content for multiple internal audiences and channels.
- Understanding of employer branding and value propositions.
- People management experience with a collaborative, mentoring approach.
- Strong project management, prioritisation, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Digital fluency with communications platforms and analytics tools.
