What you’ll do

We’re looking for a People Assistant to join our mighty team and be at the forefront of managing our employee lifecycle and employee experience! As a key member of our People Function, you'll be the go-to person for all people-related queries, enhancing experiences across the employee lifecycle and helping drive internal cultural and wellbeing initiatives. Proactivity and prioritisation will be key to success in the People Assistant role. You'll be responsible for: 

  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding end to end process.
  • Reporting on people related data, sharing valuable insights to the business. 
  • Supporting with DEI, Culture & Wellbeing initiatives.
  • Managing all queries to the People inbox. 
  • Employment changes letters, contracts and general administration.
  • Building relationships across the business, partnering closely with colleagues in other departments, such as Talent and Finance.  

What you’ll need

  • A passion for all things ‘People’, with a keen interest in developing a career in HR. 
  • Inherent curiosity, with a confidence to propose new ways of doing things.
  • Excellent people, communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to anticipate needs of the team. 
  • Very meticulous with strong attention to detail. 
  • A level of professionalism and has the ability to sensitively handle confidential data and information. 
  • Thrives during change and ability to adapt easily.
