This is a dual role where you will work across the People Operations Team and Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient P&C support while acting as the first point of contact, in a generalist capacity for all colleague HR-related questions. You’ll also be working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to help source and deliver to specific roles across the business. It’s like the best of both worlds!
What you'll be doing...
- Benefits Administration - Manage employee benefits questions, support oversight of benefit plans, and assist in ongoing benefit discussions
- Onboarding - Organize, streamline, and oversee the onboarding process for new hires, complete new hire onboarding meetings
- Sourcing - Proactively source the best candidates for various roles across the Future business. Sourcing across all available channels which include LinkedIn, Specific job boards and Social media.
- Recruiting - Create and maintain job descriptions, collaborate with hiring managers and talent acquisition to source, interview, and select candidates for hiring needs as per the Talent Acquisition processes
- Employee Relations - be first point of contact for employee relations issues, advise management on best practice while administering P&C policies and procedures
- HRIS Administration/Data Management - Maintain employee information, employee files, the recruitment system and documentation. Keep the system of record up-to-date and accurate by administering changes and generating reports. Verify correct information with 3rd party providers.
- Payroll Support - Support P&C/Payroll system activities, (time and attendance, onboarding, terminations, leaves of absence, etc.)
- Performance Management - Assist in promoting and administering company performance management process, provide support for policy interpretations, and support manager and employees throughout the process
- Compliance, Safety and Training - Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, maintain employee files, enforce safety policies and training programs, and deliver effective training as needed
- All other duties as assigned
What do I need to succeed?
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field & three (3) years experience in Human Resources field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Passion for people, culture and recruitment
- A good attitude - Someone who is enthusiastic and determined
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Disciplined with tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Driven to adapt and learn

This is a Hybrid role from our NYC Office, working three days from the office, two from home
