You will manage a variety of pension operations functions, including transfers, drawdown, and contributions, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Job Responsibilities:
• Manage pension operations functions including transfers, drawdown, and contributions.
• Understand and process the end-to-end transfer journey for customers.
• Contribute to changing and improving processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pension products and procedures.
