We are seeking a Pega Developer who will play a key role in building and maintaining powerful business applications using the Pega platform. You will be involved in the end-to-end development lifecycle, working closely with business and technical teams to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Pega Platform.

• Collaborate with business analysts and architects to understand functional requirements.

• Develop workflows, case designs, UI components, decision rules, and data models within Pega.

• Write and integrate custom code using Java, JavaScript, and other web technologies as needed.

• Perform unit testing, system testing, and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Deploy Pega applications on designated environments and monitor their performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application logic, performance, and integration.

• Work closely with the Project Manager to align the Pega solution with overall business architecture.

• Follow Agile methodologies for development cycles and actively participate in sprint activities.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates with strong foundational skills and eagerness to learn are welcome.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of Pega Platform development concepts and components.

• Understanding of Java, JavaScript, and frameworks like AngularJS and jQuery.

• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, XML.

• Exposure to low-code platforms like OutSystems is a plus.

• Experience with Agile project methodology is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage complex tasks and troubleshoot under pressure.

• Effective verbal and written communication in English.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional environments.

• Willingness to relocate to Nongsa, if not currently based there.
