Modern Pediatrics (MP) is a primary care pediatrics practice that was founded on the singular goal of creating the very best experience imaginable for children, their families, and providers.
After launching in Austin during the pandemic, we've found that families absolutely love our unique in-home care model! You can find some of our patient reviews here to get a better feel. We're now eager to bring MP to the Dallas area and are hiring our founding team!

- All well-child and sick care occurs in the patient’s home
- 24/7 accessibility through virtual care (text message, phone, video visit)

- Smaller patient panel with fewer visits per day (more time with each family), restoring intimacy in the primary care relationship
- Predictable schedule (leave home at 8am and return at 5pm)

- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for our community’s children and their families
- Conducting well-child visits (including vaccine administration) and sick care in the patient’s home
- Virtual care (text messages, phone calls, and video visits) throughout your work day
- Rotating 24/7 evening, weekend, and holiday call schedule
- We don’t schedule well visits on the weekends, but weekend visits are available from 9am-1:30pm for sick visits and newborn visits

Skills Required
- MD or equivalent medical degree
- Board certification or eligibility in pediatrics
