Provide meaningful, 1:1 skilled nursing care every weekend for a 14‑year‑old female with cerebral palsy in Teaneck, NJ. She is non‑ambulatory, non‑verbal, receives oral feeds, and requires respiratory therapies including nebulizer treatments, cough assist, and chest vest therapy. Additional day, evening, and overnight shifts available across nearby pediatric cases
Active New Jersey RN License
Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
Current BLS Certification
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license preferred
Physical exam within 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
