We're looking for a detail-oriented person to review and inspects all PDF files to meet quality standards. Performs final quality control of all text and images extracted from PDF files. Ensures that all PDF content is accurate and complete. Position is for the work schedule detailed below. Must be in the El Paso area.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that specified Quality Control requirements are being met
- Ensures all issues are accurate, complete and follow the proper rule set
- Schedules work locations (Office/Remote Access)
- Performs other duties as required
- Carry out responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies, industry best practices, and applicable laws.
Schedule:
- 24 hours a week
- Sunday 7 AM to 1 PM
- Monday 7 AM to 1 PM
- Fridays 7 AM to 1 PM
- Saturdays 7 AM to 1 PM
- Works 12 AM to 6 AM once a month (overnight shift)
- Holiday coverage overnight or during the day as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must read and write English fluently
- Detail oriented
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Read, analyze, and interpret general operational instructions.
- Experience operating a computer in a business/office/educational environment, using word processing, email, spreadsheet, and photo- or image-processing software
- Present information and respond to questions from co-workers.
