Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for sample preparation of package(Include die attach/ring dispenser/phosphor dispenser/test );
2. Product evaluation and raw material evaluation, etc.;
3. Relevant working experience in LED packaging plant is preferred.
Qualifications:
1.Have dexterous hands and good hands-on ability, and strong learning ability;
2. Complete tasks on time and arrange overtime for urgent tasks;
3. Bachelor Degree ;Has good logical thinking and problem-solving skills ;no myopia, no color blindness;
4. Familiar with the basic operation of computer and use office software; Have basic English reading and writing skills;
6. Work conscientiously and responsibly, with strong executive ability;
7. Can adapt to the working environment of dust-free room.
