Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, configure, and support PCRF, PCF, and OCS platforms.
  • Perform integration and troubleshooting of policy and charging solutions in LTE and 5G networks.
  • Analyze Diameter signaling and resolve network issues involving Gx, Gy, Sy, Rx, and related interfaces.
  • Support policy implementation for QoS, throttling, sponsored data, roaming, and charging use cases.
  • Participate in software upgrades, migrations, and new feature deployments.
  • Perform production support, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with vendors, operations teams, engineering teams, and network architects.
  • Develop and maintain HLDs, LLDs, MOPs, test plans, and operational procedures.
  • Support customer acceptance testing and production readiness activities.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of professional wireless telecom experience
  • Experience with call flow in VoLTE and data policy management and administration
  • Experience with IMS, SIP and SS7 protocols
  • Experience in Network Function Virtualization (NFV) and VMware
  • Wireless service provider experience
  • System-level knowledge and hands-on experience with two or more: LTE/EPC/4G/5G packet data core; policy/charging and QoS enforcement; IMS networks/services including RCS or VoLTE; billing and DB administration; data center operations and network routing
  • Strong knowledge of deployment, integration, testing process, test strategy and test plans
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Onsite work in Ridgeland, MS (onsite only)
  • Knowledge of 3GPP IMS core standards
  • JavaScript, Ansible or Python scripting experience
  • Experience with Ericsson, Nokia, Samsung, Amdocs, Sandvine, HPE IMS/PCRF applications
  • CCNA or AWS/Cloud Computing certification
  • Strong background on Red Hat, Kubernetes, Docker
