The Senior Payroll Specialist (APAC) will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless payroll operations across the Europe region. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

    • Excellent knowledge of payroll systems and software, including ADP, Workday, or similar platforms

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, management, and external partners

    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee payroll operations across APAC countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining accurate and timely payroll processing

  • Develop and implement payroll processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality across the region

  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and knowledge-sharing within the team

  • Collaborate with external partners, including auditors and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and address any payroll-related queries or concerns

  • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies, working closely with internal stakeholders to address any issues or concerns

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including payroll data, employee information, and regulatory documentation

  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure payroll processes are accurate, compliant, and efficient

  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives, improving efficiency and reducing payroll-related costs
