Job SummaryThis role will be on-site in Mesquite, TX. This is not a hybrid or remote position. Prepares, documents and disburses payroll checks, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments | Evaluates current systems, and recommends and develops operating efficiency improvements | Monitors and ensures proper documentation of employee benefit payments | Prepares reports illustrating payroll expenditures, including such items as tax payments and benefit plan disbursements

- Helps to ensure payroll practices meet government compliance.
- Required education and experience: High School Diploma/GED required and 3-5 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
- Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Preferred education and experience: Associate's Degree
