Payroll Coordinator will report to the Compensation Manager and assist in the accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll, process pay rate changes into ADP, reporting as required, and participate in processing on a multi-state payroll (bi-weekly, semi- monthly, and weekly) under the direction of the Compensation Manager.
- Data entry into ADP including processing of status change forms, salary changes, home cost locations and taxing adjustments.
- Reviewing new hires in the payroll system to ensure proper taxing and location codes
- Assist in adding new locations and taxing codes to ADP as required
- Review of time and attendance records for payroll and coordinate with site managers to address any issues (missed punches, allocation of PTO, etc.)
- Coordinate with operations on review of time and attendance records to ensure doctors days worked are properly captured.
- Process garnishment calculations and compliance with state requirements
- Assist with processing of verifications of employment
- Respond to employee inquiries on paycheck details as needed
- Run regular reporting for payroll validation and ad hoc reporting as directed
- Assist Compensation Manager with multi-state payroll processing
- Payroll backup document filing to ensure accurate records
- Special projects as assigned
- 2-3 years of data entry and payroll processing
- Experience processing payroll in ADP (WorkforceNow) highly preferred
- Previous experience working in a multi-state payroll environment preferred
- Knowledge of MS Suite (Excel and Word)
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Strong work ethic, flexible work schedule to accommodate payroll processing, monthly and quarterly deadlines as needed
- High degree of professionalism to deal with sensitive and confidential material

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000
