אנחנו מחפשים חשב/ת שכר יחיד/ה לחברה ציבורית גלובלית, משרה זמנית להחלפה לחופשת לידה. התפקיד כולל הובלת תהליכי חשבות השכר לעובדי החברה, כולל קליטה וסיום, עבודה עם מערכות שונות, דו"חות, תמיכה ומתן מענה שוטף לעובדים, קופות וקשר עם גורמים ממשלתיים ועוד.. השתלבות כחלק מצוות כספים.
Responsibilities- אחריות מלאה על חשבות השכר לכ-120 עובדים – מא' ועד ת'
- טיפול בקליטת עובדים וסיומי העסקה
- עבודה עם מערכת נוכחות וניהול נתוני עובדים
- הפקת דוחות שכר ובקרות שוטפות
- יישום דיני עבודה וטיפול בנושאי שכר מורכבים
- עבודה מול ממשקים רבים בארגון ומחוצה לו
- מתן מענה שוטף לעובדים בנושאי שכר ותנאים
- תפעול קופות גמל ועבודה מול מנהל הסדר וסוכנים
- טיפול בביטוח לאומי , תביעות ומס הכנסה
- תחומי אחראיות נוספים
- ניסיון קודם כחשב/ת שכר יחיד/ה בארגון
- ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכת השכר "חשבית" של חילן – חובה
- זמינות מיידית
- שליטה באנגלית – יתרון משמעותי
- עבודה במודל היברידי
Skills Required
- Previous experience as a sole Payroll Controller in an organization
- Experience with the payroll system 'Hashavit' of Chilan - a must
- Immediate availability
- Proficiency in English - significant advantage
- Hybrid work model
