Payroll Controller

We are looking for a Payroll Controller to assist in managing payroll processes across multiple countries, ensuring that all payments are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. Collaborate closely with HR, accounting, and external payroll providers to maintain smooth and efficient payroll operations.

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding documentation, including forms 101 and 161.
• Support the preparation, review, and validation of monthly payroll data across various countries.
• Coordinate with local payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Verify variable components such as bonuses, commissions, overtime, and deductions.
• Review and reconcile payroll reports before management approval.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and documentation.
• Help ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Provide support in payroll audits and year-end reporting.
• Handle payroll-related queries from employees.

• 2-4 years of experience in payroll, preferably in a high-tech company.
• Certified Senior Payroll Accountant Diploma (institute of certified public accountants).
• Deep knowledge of Israeli payroll laws, tax regulations, and labor compliance.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Strong Excel skills - must.
• Experience with Hilan - advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
