Payroll Associate

We are looking out for zealous and aspiring individuals who are keen on experiencing a diversified work culture in a growing international firm.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to build upon your Singapore payroll expertise and experience. You will form part of a team providing outsourcing services and to work with a team of professionals to support Forvis Mazars in Singapore. This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Under the guidance of your Senior/Manager, develop your understanding of the Singapore payroll structure and components.
• Prepare and support payroll processing and recording of client’s payroll, which includes but not limited to monthly payroll reports, social security administration, statutory filing, year-end income tax returns.
• Participate in daily data entry and any other related payroll processing procedures.
• Preparing of monthly payroll reports.
• Establish and maintain good client relationships with your portfolio of clients.
• Work with other Mazars teams, domestic and international, to meet client’s needs.
• Involve in any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or business-related subject
• Good command of the English Language
• Team player with strong interpersonal and client servicing skills
• Has excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines
• Able to pay attention to detail and highly meticulous
• Able to deal with confidential materials
• Well versed in Microsoft Excel and collaboration tools, i.e. MS Teams
• Please take note that this role will be based in Malaysia and interview will take place over a virtual platform
