🧾 What will you do in this role?

• Verify and control key salary related documents.
• Review and compare payroll results to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and present key indicators (KPIs) for the Human Resources area.
• Record payroll settlements, withholdings and payments to banks and tax entities.
• Calculate salaries, medical breaks, vacations and bonuses, complying with current labor legislation.
• Manage legal and voluntary withholdings (insurance, taxes, etc.).
• Keep updated on changes in tax and accounting regulations.
• Calculate provisions for unused vacation.
• Prepare payment orders and salary reports within the established deadlines.
• Prepare income and deduction certificates and assist in defining bonus policies.
• Submit reports required by governmental authorities and audits.
• Generate weekly, monthly and annual salary reports.
• Participate in the preparation and follow-up of salary budgets.
• Support internal and external audits by providing the necessary information.

• Complete university education.
• Advanced command of computer tools (MS Office, e-mail, etc.).
• Fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Solid knowledge of local labor legislation.
• Ability to work in a team and resolve conflicts with empathy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail, responsibility and ability to work.
