🧾 What will you do in this role?
- Verify and control key salary related documents.
- Review and compare payroll results to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and present key indicators (KPIs) for the Human Resources area.
- Record payroll settlements, withholdings and payments to banks and tax entities.
- Calculate salaries, medical breaks, vacations and bonuses, complying with current labor legislation.
- Manage legal and voluntary withholdings (insurance, taxes, etc.).
- Keep updated on changes in tax and accounting regulations.
- Calculate provisions for unused vacation.
- Prepare payment orders and salary reports within the established deadlines.
- Prepare income and deduction certificates and assist in defining bonus policies.
- Submit reports required by governmental authorities and audits.
- Generate weekly, monthly and annual salary reports.
- Participate in the preparation and follow-up of salary budgets.
- Support internal and external audits by providing the necessary information.

- Complete university education.
- Advanced command of computer tools (MS Office, e-mail, etc.).
- Fluency in English and Spanish (oral and written).
- Solid knowledge of local labor legislation.
