Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll & Accounting Coordinator to support our day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, is highly organized, and has hands-on experience in payroll processing and basic accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities

Process weekly payroll accurately and on time

Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Manage employee time tracking, deductions, and benefits coordination

Assist with accounts receivable as needed

Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees

Qualifications
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of payroll and/or accounting experience
- Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., Paycom, ADP, QuickBooks, Gusto, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual skills strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with certified payroll reporting (e.g., Davis-Bacon or prevailing wage projects)
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with small business or multi-state payroll
- Knowledge of tax compliance and reporting
