Overview

As a Payments Operations Standard Specialist you are going to be responsible for handling the flow of money between the customers and the business. This includes processing of invoices and making sure that checks are properly done before they are sent out.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Reviewing applications for errors or inconsistencies in order to ensure that all required information is included.
  • Responsible in handling redemptions, making sure that it is correctly processed.
  • Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
  • Comparing system reports to balances and verifying entries.
  • Perform investigation to answer questions about billing statements.
  • Make decision regarding resetting of account, redemption and declining of bonuses.
  • Review account activity to identify fraudulent activity, money laundering or other anomalies that may require investigation.
  • Assist other departments with regards to payment related queries.
  • Investigate any discrepancy in the system.

What we are looking for...

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Payments Specialist role.
  • Bachelor's degree in any course or at least 2 years in college.
  • Preferably with experience dealing with USA/European Gaming account.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and industry regulations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Extensive experience in account reconciliation.
  • Has good attention to detail.
  • Great time management and organizational skills.
  • Can communicate in written and spoken English in a business environment.
  • Need to be able to solve problems in a fast and efficient manner.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively without micro-management.
  • Has interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Has the ability to cope under pressure.
  • Has a proactive approach to work, in terms of suggesting changes and improvements to processes and systems.

Important Requirements

  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule/weekend/holidays
  • You will need your own office set up with a self-provided laptop or PC, headset and a reliable internet connection with the below requirements:
  • PC – Intel i5 4th Gen (or higher) – self provided
  • Minimum OS Version: Windows 10 or higher
  • Internet browser (preferably Chrome – but can use Edge, Firefox, etc.)
  • Minimum RAM: 8 GB
  • Minimum HDD Space: 1 GB
  • Headset: USB Headset (noise-canceling)
  • Web Camera (for team meetings)
  • Internet: Ethernet/Hardline Connection, speed minimum of 10Mbps Upload & Download Internet speed is required.
  • Backup Internet provider
