As the Head of Commercial Enablement & Planning within Global Payments, you will drive the strategic framework development and manage a multi-year commercial portfolio and roadmap of new commercial launches and existing solution refreshes. This portfolio covers the full suite of treasury services solutions across the Commercial and Investment Bank customer base globally. In this newly created role, you will be a part of a leadership team working to position J.P. Morgan’s Treasury Services offerings for maximum market impact, client adoption, and revenue growth. You and your team will work on the digital transformation of our go-to-market processes, optimizing partner engagement, enhancing traceability of full lifecycle of new launch activity (from initiative discovery to delivery to ramp) as well as planning for the full portfolio of new launches and existing solution refreshes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leading large and complex initiatives, systemic process re-engineering, and building connectivity and partnership across a matrixed organization.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team dedicated to evolving and optimizing the commercialization framework for Treasury Services (TS)
- Spearhead commercial planning activities for the full suite of Treasury Services solutions through thoughtful planning, governance, and cross-functional stakeholder management
- Builds and operationalizes a repeatable and scalable process, accounting for nuances in local and segment approaches
- Builds a cohesive team through strong communication, team involvement, and strong leadership
- Directly shapes operational and/or functional execution of commercialization strategies and how they are accomplished

- Collaborate with product teams to streamline product knowledge capture to enable a more tech- and data-enabled go-to-market approach

- 8+ years of strategic portfolio or product management, large-scale transformation or change initiatives, or CAO / COO portfolio leadership functions
