As a Market and Product Expansion Manager in the Commercial Bank, you will be responsible for understanding what our Emerging Middle Market clients need and why across the complex payments ecosystem, and ensure the right solutions are delivered at the right time.
Job responsibilities
- Analyze and quantify core payment flows within the Emerging Middle Market, identifying distinct requirements for each segment to inform tailored solutions.
- Gather comprehensive market insights, voice of the customer (VOC), and competitive intelligence through client engagements, round tables, and industry events.
- Develop robust business cases and total addressable market (TAM) analyses, leveraging ideal client profiles to prioritize opportunities based on ROI and strategic impact.
- Design and structure innovative solutions and pricing strategies aligned with market needs to accelerate revenue generation and minimize service-related inquiries.
- Partner closely with sales, client solution specialists (CSS), and market readiness teams to coordinate sales activities and drive successful commercialization of our products.
- Proactively communicate market-specific developments and changes to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and responsiveness across the organization.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise supporting Emerging Middle Market commercial bank clients in Sales or Product
- Significant experience in treasury services with understanding of the payments business and products
- Proven ability to identify opportunities for market growth
- Demonstrated prior experience influencing across functions and teams while delivering value at scale
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior executive-level leaders
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

- Extensive experience in treasury and payments with a strong understanding of the Emerging Middle Market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
