As an Associate on the Kinexys Execution team, you will help deliver on strategic priorities for Kinexys, the firm’s blockchain business. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution, strengthen our existing operations, and frequently work on high-visibility deliverables for senior management. The ideal candidate is an organized and analytical critical thinker, who is comfortable working independently, with strong judgment and the ability to turn complex inputs into concise, high-impact outputs.
Job responsibilities
- Support the development and ongoing refinement of strategy for our business, translating priorities into executable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
- Coordinate with stakeholders across product, technology, legal, risk, compliance, and operations
- Prepare clear, concise presentation materials for senior leadership
- Assist with pricing and competitive analysis
- Contribute to process improvement and operating model enhancements
- Maintain an informed view of the digital assets and broader fintech landscape
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in strategy execution, business management, program/project management, or operating model/process improvement roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for presenting findings to stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present clear insights
- Maintaining both a collaborative working style while also being comfortable working independently with minimal guidance
- Ability to build trust with cross-functional partners
