What You’ll Do
- Process, balance, and reconcile payment system transactions and related accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Support payment services operations, including electronic payments, card services, and stop payment requests
- Investigate and resolve transaction exceptions, disputes, errors, and member account issues
- Monitor payment activity for potential fraud, abuse, and risk
- Provide responsive support and guidance to members, community partners, and internal team members regarding payment-related services and transactions
- Maintain accurate records, general ledger activity, and vendor communication
Is This You?
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Financial services industry experience
- Strong computer and application skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to collaborate and maintain effective team relationships
- Professionalism in conduct, communication, and appearance
- Ability to be bonded
- Preferred But Not Required: College degree, 1+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
