In this role, you will
- Analyze customer needs, stay up-to-date with current market trends, and identify potential partnership opportunities
- Collaborate with international payment solution providers
- Build a reporting system for monitoring and extracting actionable insights for feature development
- Optimize payment pass-through rates, reduce chargeback rates, and reduce fraud rates
- Implement and manage product anti-fraud mechanics, including ML system integration
- Analyze the effectiveness of payment methods and different payment packages through A/B testing
- Integrate new payment providers and methods
- Manage and automate the billing support function
It’s all about you
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including 2 years of experience in payment-related roles
- 2 years of experience with B2C market
- Data-driven and ownership mindset
- Experience in conducting A/B tests
- Experience with PCI DCC audit
- Worked with services: CheckOut, Stripe, Exactly, Trustpay, Checkout Champ, Clarify, Inovio
- Upper-intermediate English or higher
- Working knowledge of SQL or Python
- Experience using Tableau
