Within the Operations team, Paynovate is strengthening its Technical Implementation function to support growing client activity and implementation volumes.
This role focuses on payment operations and client implementation coordination, with close support from senior team members.
The position is hands-on, customer-facing, and execution-driven, with strong exposure to payment operations, client implementations, and external vendors such as Visa, Mastercard, and Thredd.
This role is a strong entry point into payment operations within a regulated fintech environment. You will quickly gain hands-on exposure to real payment flows and industry-standard tools.
Payment Operations & Support
- Act as first-line support for operational requests
- Resolve standard tickets independently and escalate more complex topics in a structured way
- Ensure response and resolution timelines are met in line with internal SLAs
Client Implementations
Support client implementation projects and approved change requests, coordinating timelines, and requirements with guidance from senior team member
Support and facilitate customer project calls, providing clear status updates and agreed next steps
Maintain accurate implementation, change, and audit documentation in line with regulatory requirements
- Strong interest in payments, fintech, and regulated environments, with a background or education related to payments, banking, fintech or financial services.
Junior to early-career profile with a strong operational and execution mindset.
Basic but solid understanding of APIs and tools such as Postman and SQL.
Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and following structured processes.
Customer-oriented, reliable, and clear communicator.
Able to manage operational topics independently and escalate effectively when needed.
Fluent in English and French.
