Payment Manager (PSP)

Genesis is a Ukrainian co-founding IT company and one of the largest publishers of non-gaming apps. Together with the best entrepreneurs from Central and Eastern Europe, we create and develop global technology businesses. Our main markets are the United States, Europe, and Africa.

As a co-founding company, Genesis first provides promising startups with the necessary resources and expertise for development, and then supports the project until it becomes an independent business. Currently, 25 projects are developing in our ecosystem in four main areas: mobile applications, online media, e-commerce, and R&D.

We are looking for a Payment Manager to join our AI Social Discovery startup or the PSF team, a business unit that focuses on improving payment solutions, analyzing payment performance, business development and internal payment consulting, and knowledge sharing for our diverse portfolio of projects.

The range of your tasks:

• Negotiate with international banks (North America, EU);
• Market analysis of payment providers: PSPs, gateways, and searching for opportunities to expand and diversify the portfolio of payment methods for the target countries within the projects;
• Analysis of payment processing and risk metrics for Company's product and developing initiatives for improvement
• Research and implementation of new payment methods
• Overseeing operational performance and business processes related to the payments domain;
• Cooperation with the treasury, legal and billing departments of the holding;
• Conduct periodic tests, research, and analysis of the payment funnel in the middle of projects.

What we expect from you:

• At least 2 years of experience in online payments (PSP);
• Understanding of the payments domain;
• Financial modeling skills;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic understanding of the payment landscape in Europe and the US;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability to learn quickly.

Nice-to-have:

• Previous experience working and communicating with banks;
  
• Experience in banking/finance/consulting/Big-4;
  
• Previous experience working with product teams.
• Knowledge of Tableau.
