Bring your expertise to a global operations utility where you will lead measurable improvements, build resilient controls, and grow your impact through senior stakeholder partnership.
As a Cash Asset Management Operations Optimisation Lead Vice President in Cash Asset Management, you will play a senior role combining strategic service enablement, stakeholder engagement, and operational optimisation leadership. You will partner closely with service leaders, Operations, and Change teams to deliver strategic objectives while ensuring the right cash is in the right place, at the right time, with maximum transparency. You will drive measurable outcomes by eliminating root causes, strengthening controls, and sustaining performance through adoption and capability uplift.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead data-driven process optimization across Cash Asset Management services by mapping current state, identifying root causes, defining target state, and delivering measurable improvements in cycle time, exceptions, rework, and risk reduction
- Own operational problem solving by prioritizing high-impact defects and process breaks, leading working sessions, removing blockers, and driving closure through verified stabilization
- Standardize execution and controls by defining standard operating procedures, control points, handoffs, and escalation paths to ensure adherence and auditability
- Improve capacity and workflow management by implementing forecasting, demand and capacity views, and queue management practices aligned to the service catalog
- Partner with Operations and Change teams to implement improvements with minimal disruption and ensure adoption, training, and sustained performance after change
- Deliver initiatives end-to-end by scoping, planning, delivering, reporting, and escalating risks and dependencies while measuring benefits realized, not only delivery completion
- Coach and upskill teams on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement practices, including problem statements, root cause analysis, and experiment design
- Provide concise, decision-oriented reporting for senior stakeholders focused on outcomes, operational health, and risk
- Challenge existing ways of working by changing processes intentionally rather than automating current-state steps as-is
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- Demonstrated senior experience in operations, operational excellence, process improvement, or production management in a complex environment
- Proven track record delivering process re-engineering outcomes, including reduced manual touchpoints, reduced breaks, improved cycle time, and strengthened controls

- Structured problem-solving and execution discipline, including running working groups, driving actions, managing risks, and closing work to completion
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across Operations, service owners, and Change while staying grounded in operational realities
- Control mindset with understanding of risk, escalation, and sustainable process design including documentation, audit trail, and governance
- Experience working effectively across global teams and time zones
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- Domain exposure to payments, cash management, treasury operations, asset servicing, or finance operations
- Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen and workflow optimization
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Qlik, or Power BI, and strong Microsoft Excel skills
