The Patient Journey area expands its operational zone beyond PSP to the whole journey, considering the patient experience before, during and after treatment. This position, that is a part of Novo Nordisk's patient squad, will be responsible for strategic projects that seek to improve the patient experience and our relationship with them.
The Position
Como Patient Journey Coordinator você será responsável por:

  • Support business strategy with patient focused projects, developed along with the patient squad.
  • Support business strategy and projects with patients' insights trough Patient Support Programmes (PSPs) and patient data in general (external).
  • Development of general initiatives and projects to improve the patient experience with Novo Nordisk and our PSPs.
  • Customer Journey, Marketing, Sales, BI/ Market Research, Sales ADM, PV, QA, Call center, Commercial, Medical, MAPAC, DD&IT, F&O and Legal. Regional Office in key projects.
  • Patients (through Vendors), HCPs, PBM/PSP Vendor, Agencies (Marketing and Digital developers), Consultancies and suppliers in general, according to each project need.


Qualifications

  • At least two years of work experience in marketing, project management and/or customer engagement are required for this position.
  • Experience with digital tools and customer experience is desirable.
  • Data oriented
  • Tactical and strategic mindset
  • Project management skills and situational leadership
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge in agile methodologies and product management
  • University degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or similar.
  • English: Advanced speaking, writing and reading skills


About the Department

  • Represent the Patient Journey area in the patient squad.
  • Development and collaboration on key projects - patient squad:
  • Based on the patients journeys and the opportunity mapping process that is conducted by the squad, propose and address opportunities and projects to improve the patient treatment experience and engagement.
  • Prioritize and structure the project roadmap along the rest of the patient squad.
  • Provide updates and secure endorsement of the prioritized projects with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and develop tasks related to the prioritized projects.
  • Develop project's actions and tasks with other areas, to guarantee the delivery of the initiatives.
  • Track the project's KPI's and generate insights to improve the squad work.
  • Share the squad's best practices and learnings with the Patient Journey team and other areas.
  • Continuous analysis to identify patient needs and find opportunities to improve their experience with Novo Nordisk's products.
  • Track and manage external vendors data management, controlling and helping them to keep on with the best practices and requirements while working with patient data and sensitive data, according to LGPD (Brazilian data protection regulation).
  • Work in partnership with Legal, Pharmacovigilance, Call Center and Quality to support the Data Privacy process per the internal requirements.
