TI’s legal department is seeking a talented Patent Attorney with a background in an area such as digital signal processors, microcontrollers, processor architecture, wireless communication circuitry, analog circuit design, and/or semiconductor device manufacturing. Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree with an active license to practice law
- 4+ years of patent application drafting and prosecution experience
- Registration as a patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
- Admission in good standing with a state legal bar
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience as an engineer or scientist in a technical role
- Experience and familiarity with digital signal processors, microcontrollers, processor architecture, wireless communication circuitry, analog circuit design, and/or semiconductor device manufacturing
