What you'll do:

  • Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and proper utilization.
  • Develop and implement data aggregation strategies from various sources including team calendars, instant messaging, emails, and internal communication channels.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on sales activities and pipeline status for team leads and executives.
  • Continuously analyze and iterate on the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with the partnerships team to implement and refine best practices.
  • Procure relevant tools and software to help enhance partnerships team capability and efficacy.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the sales cycle.
  • Assist in organizing key meetings and follow-ups based on CRM data.
  • Provide administrative support to the partnerships team as required.
  • Create, update, and maintain sales enablement materials including pitch decks, product sheets, and case studies.
  • Ensure all materials are up-to-date, aligned with company messaging, and easily accessible to the team.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and productivity suites.
  • Strong Notion and Google Suite proficiency (or willingness to learn) is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
