As we continue to grow across the Kingdom and the MENA region, we’re looking for a Partnerships Team Leader to drive our expansion through strategic collaborations and impactful partnerships.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships across sectors like Retail, Entertainment, FMCG, and F&B.
- Support partner onboarding, ensuring smooth integration and collaboration with internal teams.
- Create and present proposals, partnership decks, and tailored business pitches.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and partnership pipelines.
- Collaborate with marketing on co-branded campaigns and joint initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance and satisfaction to ensure long-term success.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or client relations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Experience in SaaS, loyalty programs, or the tech ecosystem is a plus.
