We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnership Manager to drive strategic growth through our partner ecosystem. This role is pivotal to our company’s expansion strategy and will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling partnerships across EMEA and the US. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2B SaaS, ideally within the Customer Experience (CX) or Contact Center domain.
What you'll do
- Working closely with the CRO to execute a comprehensive partner strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partners to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to craft a partner product offering that ensures partner success.
- Support CRO to negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring mutual value and compliance.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and conferences across the globe (if and as needed).
What are we looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Ideally a track record of success in the CX or Contact Center technology space or a complementary segment.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, go-to-market strategies, and revenue models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
