We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to take the reins on our strategic relationships, with a core focus on Google, Meta & TikTok - our most important ecosystem partners.

In this role, You’ll be on the front lines of our partner activity, embedding deeply into the Paid Marketing ecosystems with a core focus on the Google, Meta, TikTok, mobile and agency ecosystems. Your mission: unlock commercial opportunities, build real human relationships, and get Voyantis plugged into the deals where our tech drives serious value.This role is commercially biased. You’re here to create impact, drive revenue, and make sure we’re visible in the right internal and customer conversations and events.

Responsibilities

  • Design, identify and qualify the most relevant partnership programs within Google, Meta & TikTo while building and nurturing authentic relationships with Partner Managers, Sales reps, and Program and Product Leads inside both companies.
  • Design programs for enablement across additional partners (Agencies & eco-system Partners)
  • Spot deal flow: understand which of our partner’s customers would benefit from Voyantis, and how.
  • Bring our Sales team into high-leverage conversations - you’re the bridge.
  • Lead internal workstreams with Sales, Product & Marketing geared towards packaging our tech in ways that resonate most with our partners (design partner specific focused product narratives)
  • Track and report on partnership ROI measured in revenue that was influenced by your work. Creativity expected in identifying and engaging with the right and relevant teams to make this a successful partnership per the KPIs.
  • Stay deeply embedded in all of our partner ecosystems.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Facing roles - ideally in B2B SaaS, AdTech/MarTech, or data platforms - Must.
  • 2+ years of experience in running Paid Marketing campaigns on Meta and/or Google - Must. 
  • A true self-starter: resourceful, persistent, and eager to prove yourself in a high-ownership role.
  • Strong commercial acumen - you can smell a deal and understand how to build value across multiple players.
  • Excellent communicator and connector. You know how to build trust fast, and you follow through.
  • Availability for hybrid work, including the ability to attend in‑person meetings and events in New York City or San Francisco as needed.
  • High integrity, no ego, team-first mentality.

$150,000/year to $180,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
