Description

LOOP is a digital-first lead agency, exploring the intersections between design, technology and digital brand building for leading brands. Over the last few years our brilliant team has done remarkable and innovative work for internationally recognised high-profile brands such as Puma, Audi, Breitling, Red Bull and numerous others.

In our work for motorsport clients, precision, performance, and passion drive everything we do — on and off the track. We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager who brings the same energy to managing relationships as our teams bring to racing. This role is for a connector, a strategist, and a relationship builder who thrives in high-stakes environments and knows how to align brand ambition with motorsport excellence. 

You’ll be the key link between our motorsport client and its global partners — driving collaboration, coordinating activations, and ensuring every campaign and event delivers value, impact, and brand synergy. 

Requirements
  • Drive Strategic Alignment: Develop and execute partnership strategies that align sponsor goals with brand and performance objectives. 
  • Coordinate Stakeholders: Manage multiple internal and external teams across events, races, and campaign timelines to ensure seamless execution. 
  • Build Long-Term Relationships: Act as the primary liaison for partners, fostering trust, transparency, and mutual growth across global programs. 
  • Activate with Precision: Oversee the planning and delivery of high-impact activations at races and branded events, maximizing sponsor visibility and engagement. 
  • Translate Creative into Action: Work with creative, content, and digital teams to turn strategic ideas into branded content and experiences that perform. 
  • Monitor & Report Impact: Measure campaign effectiveness and provide partners with detailed insights and performance reports that reinforce ROI. 
  • Champion the Brand: Ensure every touchpoint reflects the brand's legacy of innovation, excellence, and motorsport heritage.
